HelloWorld Addon for ImmoTool

Some years ago we've released an example addon for developers, who like to create their own ImmoTool addons. Unfortunately this addon is not compatible anymore with latest ImmoTool releases. Therefore we've updated the addon and published a new version 1.0-beta35. Future development of this addon will take place at the GitHub project page.
