ImmoTool 0.9.12.8

This release fixes some issues, that were reported during the last days. Also some smaller feature-requests were considered.

0000331: [Error] E-mail addresses are not correctly displayed in tables.
0000332: [Feature] Property overview, Display selection of 'property-types' as tree
0000335: [Feature] IS24-XML, Update to revision 189438
0000339: [Error] Images are not correctly scaled to fixed sizes.
0000343: [Error] Reorganisating the database may lead into an error.
0000347: [Feature] Enable automatic completition on certain input fields.
