This update fixes some smaller issues, that showed up during the last few days.

0000637: [Error] Properties for 'rent' may be imported incorrectly as 'lease' (OpenImmo / ImmoXML)
0000638: [Error] The 'minimal period of occupation' is incorrectly exported with OpenImmo
0000639: [Portal export] Immonet.de requires a 'type of use' for exported 'car spaces'
0000640: [Portal export] Export properties to Immonet.de as 'full transfer'
0000642: [Specification] 'Piece of lands' may be stored as 'rent' alternatively
