Urgent fixes for ImmoTool 1.0-beta43

Some users informed us about problems, that occured after updating OpenEstate-ImmoTool to version 1.0-beta43:

• 001719 [Error] Can't create detailed exposés
• 001720 [Error] Update requests might fail with an error

Both problems were fixed in short-term. If your application was already updated to version 1.0-beta43, please download the packages again and reinstall them on your system.
