OpenEstate-IO 1.0 released

In preparation of the upcoming ImmoTool 1.0-beta37 release we've published a new version 1.0 of our library OpenEstate-IO. Beside some minor changes we've implemented two new XML formats, that are created by Filemaker databases.

• The new version 1.0 is available for download at GitHub.
• Alternatively the library is available via Maven Central Repository. The integration of the library in a Maven project is documented in this wiki article.
• Modifications to the library are documented in the changelog.
