The ImmoTool-Server, which is used for multi user installations of OpenEstate-ImmoTool, was revised and published under an "Open Source" license for the first time.

We are happy to release ImmoTool 1.0-beta38, which fixes some problems and updates the dependencies to the latest version. Besides this some small improvements were made.

Some years ago we've released an example addon for developers, who like to create their own ImmoTool addons. Unfortunately this addon is not compatible anymore with latest ImmoTool releases.
