Task Migrate addon mechanism to PF4J
We've been using Java Plugin Framework (JPF) for a long time in OpenEstate-ImmoTool in order to provide a modular / plugin based solution. Unfortunately this library is not supported / developed any further. Without any deeper modifications it is also not possible to run OpenEstate-ImmoTool in Java 11 using this component.
Therefore we're going to replace the component with the better supported and actively developed Plugin Framework for Java (PF4J).
