ImmoTool 0.9.12.3

The new release v0.9.12.3 fixes some minor issues with OpenEstate-ImmoTool.

0000266: [Portal export] wohnen-in-suedtirol.it: Some property types were not correctly exported
0000267: [Portal export] OpenImmo / ImmoXML: The agencies e-mail & telephone is always exported
0000269: [Feature] The FTP library was switched from ftp4j to commons-net
0000270: [Error] Calendar: The program did not handle iCal-files with VALARM entries correctly (e.g. Google Calendar)
0000273: [PHP export] A problem with the page counter may occur, if the search form is submitted.
