ImmoTool 0.9.12.4

This update fixes a problem with website-exports (PHP / HTML), that occured together with the new FTP-library (commons-net), which was introduced with the last update. Also some smaller modifications have been done.

• 0000281: [Error] FTP-transfers are cancelled during the export process (PHP / HTML / Immobiliare.it / Wohnen-In-Suedtirol.it).
• 0000283: [Portal export] wohnen-in-suedtirol.it, The property-type 'agricultural / forestry land' was not correctly exported.
• 0000286: [Specification] The option 'district heating' was used twice.
• 0000291: [PHP-Export] After an email was send, no confirmation message is shown.
