This update fixes some smaller issues, that showed up during the last few days.

0000626: [Feature] Add some more MIME types to the property exports
0000627: [PHP export] Preview images are not correctly displayed, if an ID prefix is used
0000629: [Feature] Select MIME types for HTML- & PHP-exports
0000630: [Error] The exported <kontaktperson> in OpenImmo-XML / ImmoXML is possibly incorrect
0000631: [Error] Incomplete exports in IS24-XML, if no depsosit text was entered
